Possible fakes. When connected to my device the earbuds showed up as galaxy, as there wasn't any recommend app to that came with the FE earbuds I tried the Samsung galaxy app unfortunately nothing which meant I couldn't access any of the functions, on further research FE is a trademark of Samsung so these earbuds were returned and a full refund given.
