Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment as there is a medical form to fill out. 48-hour rescheduling policy. £30 cancellation fee is charged for lateness and short notice cancellations.

I went for my consultation and was told I'd need an additional 18 aligners on top of what was included in the offer (6) and it would cost another £2097 (on top of the £699 I'd already paid for the Groupon). I could not go ahead with the procedure so requested a refund as the policy states you can get a full refund if you decide not to go ahead with the treatment but still have to pay £50 for the consultation. However they are so far refusing to refund me even though I have had zero treatment.

As outlined in the Groupon description, the voucher includes a consultation, a personalised treatment plan, 6 aligners, and a removable retainer. Orthodontic treatment is highly individual, and during the consultation it was determined that your case would require more than the 6 aligners included in the offer. In such cases, additional aligners are charged at the same rate as the original offer, which was explained during your appointment.
Regarding refunds, while we do offer a refund for patients who decide not to proceed with treatment, the £50 consultation fee remains payable, as stated in our policy. This fee covers the clinical assessment, scans, and treatment planning already carried out.
