3 of the 4 items were fine one was broken. Took ages to send someone to collect it. Still waiting after a month of first buying it for my refund

This product wasn’t good at all. From the moment of delivery of the item through to waiting on refund, was not a very good experience. The package came with one end opened however, the contents were safe and untouched. When carefully opening package and laying contents out on carpet, it was plain to see that much of the MDF components were scuffed and bashed. Some of the panels didn’t even have a proper edge coating - just rough MDF. Not the same as on picture on website. Decided to return package via post office - heavy & 2 person job! Had to wait 2 weeks or just over for refund. Communication wasn’t great as I wasn’t kept informed of progress/status. Overall, Modena range substandard. Would not recommend this range.
