Bought the patio set with the additional rain cover however when the patio set arrived the rain cover was missing. I raised a query with the groupon operative, who didn't seem to grasp what the problem was and kept asking for photo's which I couldn't supply as the item was missing. He then kept saying that I could return the item...I didn't want to return the patio set as I was happy with it I just wanted the rain cover that I had paid for. After numerous emails my frustration levels were in overdrive but thankfully the rain cover turned up about 4 or 5 days later.
However the Patio set and the rain cover are very good quality and a welcome addition to my decking area.

We really like the product , the only thing is that in the recent wins and rain the covers weren’t quite big enough or secure enough and kept flying off - they could just do with being slightly bigger but great otherwise and certainly waterproof

Apart from some of the cushions appearing to be slightly different in shade, the quality of the product for the price is great and it is super comfy.
