Very disappointed with my hydrafacial. The place felt dirty and unorganized. Staff kept coming in, chatting and laughing in another language. No communication at all. She even left, turned off the lights without a word. My skin is drier than before, and no aftercare advice. I wouldn’t even give one star. Avoid this place.
