No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your initial consultation or report and treatment session without prior notice will be considered as voucher use. If you wish to reschedule, a £25 rebooking fee will apply to continue using the voucher.
Alternative Option
If you prefer not to pay the rebooking fee, you may choose to forfeit the voucher and pay the standard consultation or treatment fee as advertised at the clinic.
Late Arrival and Cancellation of Future Bookings
If you do not attend or are too late to begin your consultation, any future sessions booked under a Groupon or promotional voucher will be forfeited. This is because a consultation is a legal prerequisite for regulated chiropractic treatment and must be completed first.
Definition of a No-Show
Arriving more than one-third into your scheduled session time (typically over 15 minutes late) will be classed as a no-show. As chiropractic care is a statutory regulated service, we are legally required to perform a full assessment before commencing treatment. Late arrivals compromise the safety and integrity of care, making it ethically and professionally inappropriate to proceed.
Arrival Advice
To make the most of your voucher and ensure you receive the full benefit of care, please plan your journey carefully and arrive on time.
