The massage and the salon were beautiful,the staff very professional and facilities very clean. However the only issue was that although I informed the staff that my treatment was bought on Groupon, they had booked me in for a different treatment which ended costing me extra £20. However the Indian head massage was so amazing and Rachael the therapist can be highly recommended,I didn’t mind paying extra.

My experience - The treatment was 10 mins, not 30 minutes as was stated at the time of booking.
The undergarment given to me to put on had a rag inside. When asked about this, I was advised that clients reuse each others undergarment as they are washed by the salon.
I cannot say whether the treatment will work or not as I've only had one 10 minutes treatment.
The staff member I spoke with was pleasant, hence the three stars.
