I recently had a 60-minute Sports/Deep Tissue Massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever received.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and professional. Gabby took time to listen to my concerns, asked the right questions about problem areas, and clearly had a deep understanding of anatomy and technique.
The massage itself was perfectly balanced, firm and focused, but never too harsh. Gabby worked through tension I didn't even realize I had, especially in my leg and arms. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and more aligned. Gabby also gave helpful aftercare tips to maintain the benefits of the session.
If you're dealing with muscle tightness, recovering from training, or just in need of a reset, this massage is worth every minute. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!
