The adventure typically lasts between 6 and 8 hours. We begin with a safety briefing, equipment fitting, and a brief skills session. Next, we venture into adventure caving or weaselling, where you'll practice moving through tight passages under close supervision. After a lunch break and, we transition to gritstone climbing. Safety techniques such as ropework and belaying are taught as necessary to ensure everyone progresses safely and gain confidence. If your group prefers a specialist guided local tour or a full challenge hike instead of caving climbing, we can accommodate that request.
