Purchased the 60minute deep tissue massage. Your masseuse will most likely be a qualified sports therapist or physiotherapist, therefore be warned that the 60 minute massage is feels more like a treatment/opportunity to upsell treatments. Overall the massage was good and I personally did enjoy receiving feedback/explanation on why certain muscles are tight.

I saw Stephen who was very good. He was knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. The layout of the premises is not the greatest but that doesn't matter when you get down to the actual practice. I would definitely recommend
