Time and money waste! I've spent 4h45mins, yes, almost 5 hours to get a ridiculous result. My natural eyelashes were damaged during the procedure as she glued them to a something plastic. No full set eyelashes, no respect to the client time, even asked to pay extra money… ridiculousos

Thanks for your feedback and over exaggerated comment. We should have a Feedback on customers that takes advantage of these offers. Firstly You arrived late for your appointment which I allowed. Secondly You changed your purchase of Classic for Hybrids and longer length,which was an extra £6 you asked to pay and I accepted.... You didn't apologise breaking my lash kit and cream as you kept moving and dropped the equipments on the floor.... As you squinted so much causing the lashes to stick together, which I have to remove them and start again.... Your appointment was not pleasant at all, however I appreciate the experience of the day. Thank You.
