The skilled hands, forearms and elbows of an experience masseur will be employed during a full-body Swedish massage (usually £50). Alternatively, an aromatherapy massage will see long, connected strokes combine with the soothing aromas of carefully selected essential oils in an effort to reduce anxiety, stress and tension. Customers can also opt to spread the pampering to the cranium with an Indian head massage (£35), while access the spa facilities – swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi can be granted for a supplement of £4 per person.

• £19 for a 60-minute massage of choice for one (up to 62% off)

• £29 for a 60-minute massage of choice plus an Indian head massage for one (up to 66% off)

• £34 for a 60-minute massage of choice for two (up to 66% off)

• £49 for a 60-minute massage of choice plus an Indian head massage for two (up to 71% off)

A brand new beauty salon located within Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport, Peridot Beauty offers a wide range of treatments, which can be accompanied by access to the hotel’s spa facilities for a small fee. A complementary flora herbal tea is include with all treatments, which number advanced services such as IPL hair removal, lipolysis, and radio frequency facials; massage options including Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy; and beauty options such as male grooming, nail work eye treatments and waxing. Some of the products used by the experience therapists include Neal’s Yard and CACI.
