Fine Print
Persons under 16 must be accompanied by guardian. Appointment required, contact by phone or email at 01418857000 or customercare@snowfactor.com; provide Groupon code. Present Groupon on arrival. Child - under 16 years; OAP - over 60 years; student - must show student card. This activity requires a reasonable level of fitness, and participants must be able to ski or snowboard. Please note this is not suitable for beginners. Please note this activity is not recommended for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions. Advance bookings required by phone or in person. 5-day cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in vouchers being invalidated. Equipment not included, but may use your own. Equipment and clothing can be hired for £5 respectively. Gloves are essential. Visitors should bring their own gloves or purchase them directly from Snow Factor. Please note gloves cannot be hired. A towel and a change of clothes are also recommended. Subject to availability and allocation. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Must book by 31 August 2022. Snow Factor recommends you arrive at least 30-45 minute prior to your activity start time to collect passes and get kitted up. They are often extremely busy during peak times, so please allow extra time for queuing. If you are late for your activity, Snow Factor reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.
Vouchers cannot be used for group bookings exceeding 4 or more people.
Lift passes cannot be used for special slope events or competitions.
