The massage was amazing! Bos was very attentive, asking about my pain, its location, and the type of discomfort I was feeling. It felt so relaxing, and I’ve been feeling great ever since my appointment on Saturday. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Giving 1 star because I have to. Just so you know, the price is cheap but the service is even cheaper. The appointment I had was changed 90 min in advance without asking if it was ok for me to do so. The lady didn't even open the door to talk to me neither pick up her phone calls when I was trying to find the place (which is NOT at the postcode given in the description ,that leads to a dead end). She told us to wait outside a corridor of a stinky mall , without any chairs to seat on or a toilet. As result we left. Booked this "experience" to relax and have a good time with my mom, she absolutely ruined it and I lost the money. Use the 35 pound of my Groupon to buy some chairs and have better manner and professionalism so you don't have to sell your service so cheap. Absolutely horrendous .

To the customer, your appointment was scheduled for 2.30pm originally and you arrived at 2.47pm. At that point, your appointment would have been cancelled as you booked in for a 30 mins session not 90 mins. Your mother’s session was straight after. I sent you a rescheduled appointment 2 hours prior. I apologised that, that had an occurred . I was running behind schedule. During treatment sessions I don’t answer calls or answer the door out of respect to the customer and their privacy. I answered the door when you came and I spoke to you. The clinic I work from is small and I only have one customer in at a time. I did explain this to you when you booked. I am strict on that, as I want customers to feel comfortable and know they can relax. It is important that customers show respect and courtesy as I will always do my best to help you but at times things can go wrong. Have a lovely day.
