Raising a glass to birthdays, anniversaries, and business functions, it also whips up authentic Spanish spreads for private parties and buffets.
Sashaying their way onto tastebuds will be a choice of six or twelve tapas dishes, with sizzling Spanish flavours including deep fried calamari (£3.25), the sumptuous lamb casserole (£4.50), and the homemade chorizo and bean stew (£3.95).Brightening up the senses, vivacious vegetarian options come in the shape of mixed beans topped with feta cheese and a mint dressing (£3.25) or moreish mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter (£2.75). Reviews
Café Nova has earned a great deal of very encouraging reviews, and Trip Advisors rate the eatery a flavoursome 4.5/5 stars. The café’s innovative take on Spanish tapas and accommodating customer service earn special mention in visitor reports.
I visted Café Nova with my parents for a relaxed meal on a Saturday evening and we had a wonderful time. The owner is an absolute charmer who made us feel incredibly welcome and like old friends. We had the sharing menu which allowed us to sample everything on the tapas menu and we were very pleased we did as there wasn't a single dish that disappointed [sic]. The atmosphere was busy but relaxed with lots of couples and groups enjoying themselves. A special mention has to go to the waiting staff and the sangria, both of which added to a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely be going back.

We visited after reading TripAdvisor comments and we would agree that this is a recommended choice to go for a bite to eat. The restaurant is family run and this shows with their attentiveness and the friendliness. The atmosphere is lively and the background music just set the scene for us. The food is ample and very tasty. Would definitely recommend as a place to eat in Great Yarmouth.
