Dining at the Brasserie offers a rare look behind the making of tomorrow’s culinary talents. Every plate is created and presented by students on the college’s diploma courses, bringing fresh energy and precision to the seasonal menu.
Highlights include 21‑day‑aged meats cooked on the Josper Grill and house‑smoked specialties, all served in light‑filled, art deco rooms facing Vincent Square.

Located within Capital City College Westminster, The Vincent Rooms include The Brasserie and Escoffier Room. During term time, students are taking over the kitchen, allowing guests to see how they are progressing. The Brasserie serves up an array of rustic dishes in their bright, airy dining room. Escoffier, on the other hand, is a bit more formal and offers set tasting menus compiled by the students and staff to celebrate different cuisine styles and festive themes. Both are available to hire for lunches, dinners, award ceremonies and conferences.
