The staff at White City were brilliant. Food was perfect and appreciate accommodating Gluten Free for my wife. It was a very nice experience.

Lovely place to visit and spend time with the cats, the afternoon tea was lovely especially the warm scones.

We had a great time here. The food was a bit of a letdown as we each got a half plain cheese sandwich and half pesto on bread sandwich. The scones were nice and served warm. We would come back but probably not for Tea

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was a nice ambiance in the cafe. Music playing and a nice calm room. There were plenty of hidey holes and climbing areas and beds and toys for the cats. You could see that the cats were well cared for and that’s the main thing considering they are all rescue cats. You can apply to adopt the cats and kittens that they have there which is lovely.

All four of us enjoyed our afternoon tea on February 2nd - the scones were particularly nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There were loads of cats, all clearly well fed and cared for so they weren't trying to steal our sandwiches. Most of them were doing their own thing and didn't pay much attention to the humans. You have to take off your shoes before going into the cats area, so advisable not to have holes in socks. Timings are closely adhered to - you get 55 minutes and if you arrive arrive early have to wait in the shop in front

The place was lovely and the cats were all beautiful and had lovely temperaments. The only thing was one of the hosts that works there seemed a bit arrogant. She didn’t ask if we were finished before taking our cups and wasn’t respectful of us trying to have a nice experience.

Not good. Young girl that waited on us was so bored couldn’t be bothered attitude,no white sugar for tea just sweet brown Demerara.We got our afternoon tea at 3.18 at 4.03 the girl came and said times up and started clearing the table taking my friend’s water and I was still nibbling. The tea itself was not as expected with only four thin half’s of white baguettes. Cars are too skinny Feed Them!
