Really excellent experience! Booking was easy, afternoon tea of brilliant quality, the matcha latte I had was the best outside of Asia, cats were well-cared for & so friendly, and staff were warm and sweet. We had a hard time finding the cafe though, as White City Westfield maps were crap, and luckily a kind Westfield staff walked us to the cafe which was actually outside the building. It would be great if clear directions were included. Due to wandering lost around inside Westfield for ages, we arrived about 10mins late, and then waited a few minutes before Java Whiskers staff attended to us, but once inside we had a wonderful time. We also really appreciated the staff letting us stay about 30minutes longer than our time slot. Will definitely visit again!
Super positive experience! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our afternoon tea was good and the Mocha latte excellent but most and foremost the cats were the real star! We had a lovely session
Afternoon tea was very good and there were plenty of cats being playful, with toys available. Lovely space and staff were very good with the cats and on hand for any questions.
We had a great time here. The food was a bit of a letdown as we each got a half plain cheese sandwich and half pesto on bread sandwich. The scones were nice and served warm. We would come back but probably not for Tea
The staff were friendly and efficient. There was a nice ambiance in the cafe. Music playing and a nice calm room. There were plenty of hidey holes and climbing areas and beds and toys for the cats. You could see that the cats were well cared for and that’s the main thing considering they are all rescue cats. You can apply to adopt the cats and kittens that they have there which is lovely.
