Cleaning Services Facilities Management, Birmingham

1. Arrived an hour and a half late. 2. Asked me to provide footwear for her - I provided shoe covers. 3. Said she was hungry and needed to eat her food first, she had brought a curry and naan bread, said it needed heating and she needed a plate and glass of water 4. After eating, it was now 2 hours after she should have started and she said she would not be able to do the whole 4 hours. 5. Left a sink full of dirty water in the bathroom. 6. Left the remainder of her lunch in the kitchen sink drain which she clearly did not clean. 7. Said she had mopped the kitchen floor but it was not wet so she had only hoovered it and it did not smell like a freshly mopped floor 8. Chipped a couple of stairs with the hoover. 9. She left the shoe covers behind the hallway radiator. 10. She did not mop the hallway either. 11. She only stayed just over 3 hours I let the company know all of the above, with photos, and they said they will check with the cleaner, photos do not lie. I guess you get what you pay for!

Zero rating they are scammers don’t buy any vouchers said they dont cover my area although they advertise Birmingham bunch of jokers they got Whattsap number only don’t get fooled

Booked 2 Cleans as I had bought one as a gift for a friend. Seemed all smooth with booking via whats app, got to day of clean, I provided key safe derails for access was advised someone must be there to tell cleaner what to do. I arranged for someone to be there, cleaner did not arrive. Waited till 10.30 chased cleaner, I was provided with cleaners telephone number to contact directly, she advised she wasn't coming till 12 midday, 2 HOURS LATE!!! I went back to company direct to be ignored! Refund requested as she had already redeemed my vouchers! Cleaner stated she had only been handed the job at 9.30 that morning.
