Based on Birmingham's Hagley Road, The King's Head is a contemporary eatery housed within a 19th-century inn. The kitchen prepares British classics like fish and chips, and pies, while dishes such as piri piri chicken and moules mariniere deliver flavours from further afield. The interior features an oak staircase, Victorian tiles and open fires, and a lounge bar serves real ales and international wines, beers and spirits.

Would not accept voucher I had purchased previous.. even though still in date
Had to purchase a new deal and apply for a refund off Groupon for the original..(£6 more expensive)
Having said that the food was excellent, friendly waiters

Didn’t actually get to redeem this voucher, booked a table and tried to cancel because it was the weekend everywhere was closing due to Coronavirus and it seems that it’s been redeemed regardless.
Not happy.

The food was lovely but very glad I had a groupon voucher to pay for this. However, drinks were expensive. £4.40 for 2 pints of blackcurrant squash?? and yes I did query!!

Great food and friendly staff. The place looks great too. Lots of interest in the decor which was warm and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again!
