The room was freezing. Advised the desk that the radiators were not working. After 5 hours they brought an extra quilt. Requested a heater, which they said they didn't have. After complaining to the night shift, the manager brought a separate heater that was found in the store room. No one wanted to take ownership of the problem and just fobbed us off with lies and untruths. Thank goodness for the night manager. Food and location nice - reception staff unhelpful.

The Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth was exceptional value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has' old world charm ' and is a beautiful place to stay . Although I would say could do with abit of a make over, but nothing too extreme so as not too loose the ambience and grace of the place. There was a great pool and the food was buffet style, & fair choice, bar &,drinks great

This hotel is in a perfect location and they advised us to park in the car park little bit further up for £5 for 24 hours perfect!!! Are room was ok very very run down and very cold we could not warm up at all, the floors squeaked and the walls were paper thin you could hear everything. The room next to us played constant music from 12 midnight till we got fed up and went for breakfast I could hear her trying to call people and even the Vodafone answer machine, I did complain in the morning as we had another night but they just shrugged and said why didn’t I come down or call not interested at all. I had called 3x but no answerthe exact same happened the next night as soon as breakfast opened we ate and got home as we were shattered The food was ok but there is not enough stations for the amount of people trying to eat for dinner and especially breakfast by the time you queue around everything was cold and the dinner selection was very much taylored to its older guests. the 2nd night I only up with soup as a vegetarian the choices were minimal and the guests just didn’t seem to think of others sloshing food around using the tongs for veggie and meat I just couldn’t bring myself to eat there that night. Breakfast was better but as mentioned not enough room the toast area was so close everyone pushing to get in then the coffee was right over the other side 1 coffee jug and 1 tea it took forever and it was cold really disappointing as this was our mini moon we were glad to leave. Location was perfect and we spotted a premier in over the road so next time that’s where we shall reside, until this place has had a upgrade I wouldn’t recommend it.
