wouldn’t recommend the afternoon tea was shocking and staff member was absurd. No energy to talk you want ask questions and get half answers. A lady next to me asked for an extra tea bag as her tea wasn’t very “teay” he refused. Which led to an argument. The spa was good however the piece wasn’t worth it at all. It was an unusual experience maybe if he wasn’t working that day it would’ve been better however my opinions of this hotel is not good.

Due to feedback space restrictions, I'll make it short. Boring for under 16's as nothing to do apart from small pool, sauna and jacuzzi mot permitted. Afternoon tea booked at one time, then told on arrival it's different time, then not even having your name on the list. Restaurant manager very rude, told multiple times to staff in our presence to not serve us until voucher shown. Poorhospitality.
