Beautiful time spent at the hotel

Wonderful stay at Bromsgrove Hotel and Spa

We were not advised that we had free WiFi with our groupon deal, I had to go back to the reception when I had checked my coupon. Also our toilet looked a bit grim, black gunge under the rim and black line running down in the actual toilet. This apart the bed was clean and comfortable also towels lovely. The breakfast was excellent.

Staying in this place was literally a nightmare. We would never come back again. Everything was horrible starting with the room, food and ending on service received
