I have a very relaxed good experience with one hour deep tissue massage. The location is a few minutes walk from Tube station. It is so easy to get to. I will come back with different option next time. Thank you.

Wow! So I've been here today and it was a fantastic experience: Joe was friendly and professional in his manner and relieved lots of the heavy tension and knots I've been carrying. He also shared his knowledge with me throughout the session and made genuine recommendations for the type and duration of future treatments. First time at Silber sport for a deep tissue massage and cupping session. Excellent all round experience from the minute I arrived. Feeling better already from having stiff shoulders and neck. Hopefully feels as good tomorrow morning. Plan to revisit more often.

Silber Sports is fantastic! I don’t much write reviews…but there are few experiences in life that really warrant one, those on either end of the spectrum. I am very pleased to say that this experience deserves a review ranked on the amazing end of the spectrum. Joe is great, and it is evident he has a real skill. Joe is also very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease, which is not always easy for a woman being treated by a male therapist. His advice was encouraging with reasonable and common sense guidance and has left me with a renewed sense of hope in tackling my chronic physical pain. I have been suffering for years subjecting myself to more unrelenting pain as I get older, but reached a point that I had to do something other than medication/injections or my poor quality of life would continue to worsen. It is not easy to work on decades of extreme tension, deep knots, tight muscles and trigger points but I’m prepared to take the temporary pain to make the gain, I’m so impressed that I have booked a block-course. I cannot wait for my next session, knowing I will really start to feel well and back to my old self again, by the end of a course. Whether you are an athlete, do general exercise/workouts or are inactive such as myself, I wholeheartedly recommend Silber Sports, it is well worth it!
