Had a wonderful day at Bridgewood Manor. Nothing was too much for the staff even though they were extremely busy with other clients and guests. Bobby, the bar manager was very kind, pleasant and helpful, an absolute gem and credit to Bridgewood. Would recommend.

I love this place for a mini spa break. It's quirky, a bit run-down in places, but serves a purpose. The spa treatments are really good. The food very good, as is the service. I've been going for many years and enjoy all day spa access (pool, sauna, steam room) a treatment, lunch and just a space to relax. Would recommend.

Good value for a lovely relaxing day. Use of all facilities; pool, sauna, steam room etc. Treatments included facial, head and neck massage. Hotel and Spa Staff were all really lovely and very helpful. Will definitely go again.

Was very happy with the services, customer service was great, my spa technician Danielle was wonderful, really helped with de-stressing. She has wonderful techniques and I almost fell asleep a few times. I suggest making the music in the rooms louder to drown out the noise coming from the pool area. Lunch was delicious, appropriate sizes, and restaurant staff were sweet. Overall, great experience.

Great value for money. I upgraded and paid £20 extra on the day for a full body massage which was well worth it. The lunch was nice and I asked if I could have a starter instead of a dessert which was accommodated by the chef (thank you) Spa staff very friendly and welcoming.
