I've been going to this event every year since it started & the decline in the last 3 years has been nothing short of catastrophic. It was bad enough last year after it had been reduced in size. Now it mostly full of people selling a spray to clean your prescription glasses (two separate stalls, same company), scottish hotel holidays, foot support items, cheese, more cheese, more cheese and a food demonstration on how to chop an onion! Embarrassing! They actually charge you to get in to this garbage. DO NOT GO.

We visited this event on the Monday and had purchased VIP tickets. The event staff were efficient and friendly and directed us to the parking which was very close to the entrance. ( This was very useful when you wanted to take purchases back to the car) There was a variety of stalls spread throughout the venue some in the open air and others undercover. Enjoyed our day and excellent value.

Great day out, good facilities, large selection of stalls with home made goods. Plenty of opportunities to attend cooking demonstrations with a number of famous chefs. Good kids entertainment area and places for picnics and eating areas. Good selection of Food stalls available from Italian to Lebanese, food freshly made to order. All in all a great day out, well organised and free parking included in ticket price.

The vip ticket was worth the extra money.
