My daughter and I had afternoon tea here the staff were amazing, would definitely recommend can't wait to go again

Lovely Afternoon Tea at Cranwell Manor. Staff pleasant, polite and very accommodating.

I went for two nights , second night I held a private party for 16 guests . I cannot fault the service from all the staff , it was excellent . From the maintenance man Mark to Reception staff Nicola and Olivia , all the young waitresses and in particular the new restaurant manager Justin was fantastic . Bringing 16 guests to stay over night did make me wonder would all go well … it did .. The deal we got included the meal which I have to say was really nice . All of my guests had such a great time and each and everyone of them want to go back . Yes the hotel isn’t perfect and a bit tired in places . But the rooms were immaculate clean and lovejy large bathrooms .. it was the service we received that got the best marks . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff Look forward to returning .

Lovely setting. Afternoon teas now moved into restaurant from the bar area. Huge improvement. Lovely waiters, food excellent, great service. Very nice afternoon.
