I would not recommend Go Bowling to anybody, the customer service is appalling. I purchased my groupon for Go Bowling Fareham and I was not able to use my groupon as I tried to book twice and was told that the booking wasn't confirmed until the sales team called me to confirm the booking and they never called me to confirm! The first time I tried to book, I heard nothing, I had tried to book for Sunday 25th January, however I did not recieve the call back from the sales team to confirm so as far as I was aware, it was not booked. I then rang during the week on Tuesday 27th January to try book for Sunday 1st February and was again told that the sales team would call me back to confirm the booking, which they did not and now my groupon has expired! I am terribly disgusted with the customer service in which I have recieved and I am suprised that they are able to run a business this way! I will definately not be recommending Go Bowling and I didn't even make it to the bowling site as the sales team are incompetent within their job roles as they cannot confirm there bookings! Really disappointed as I was looking forward to going bowling and I have now wasted money as the sales team never returned my call and my groupon has expired. I would appreciate to have some feedback from Go Bowling on this matter and I suggest they should investigate into their team at Go Bowling Fareham.
