Stac Polly boasts three Edinburgh branches: a Dublin Street restaurant; a brasserie, gin and wine bar at the same address; and a bistro on St Mary’s Street. Each kitchen specialises in innovative takes on Scottish classics such as haggis, Aberdeen Angus steaks and regional seafood. Fare is complemented by an extensive wine list, a range of local ales and a menu of malt whiskies. All three venues feature candlelight, wooden furnishings and framed artwork.
