Had a 45min LDM with Janet excellent service explained the difference between the massages talked me through what she was doing had lots of pain before I went gave me some exercises for my sore foot also had hip pain followed the aftercare leaflet and the next day the hip pain was gone and my foot is less painful would highly recommended

I have been going for a massage with Janet for a while now. She is very friendly and welcoming and always asks after you and if you have any aches and pains. She then explains what she is going to do and how it should help but always makes sure you are happy with her recommendations. I would highly recommend a visit to Janet.
