From Our Editors

The kitchen prepares British classics like traditional roasts while pasta dishes and Asian-inspired stir-fries deliver flavours from further afield. The eatery boasts a dancefloor and regularly plays host to live music, comedy acts and talent competitions. The venue can be hired out for functions such as stag and hen nights and weddings.

We had a great night. I would book for the earlier slot next time, as the show started as i was still eating my desert. Staff was really good and provided a an excellent service and Freddy was fantastic. I would definitely go again.

The food was awful, I had the Christmas dinner, there was 1 sprout, 1 sprig of broccoli and 1 baby corn, all of which were solid. The roast potatoes were ready cooked frozen ones. The freddie mercury tribute was embarrassing, he reminded me of the uncle at every party who grabs the karaoke Mic and thinks he can sing. Freddie would be turning in his grave.

Great venue for a night out. Enjoyed the Thursday night band and meal. Although the venue was quiet, the service was brilliant and the band was enjoyable. We opted for the sharing platter which was generously sized. Excellent value.
