Altitude 360 at The London View Restaurant in the Millbank Tower looks out over the glittering city from its vantage point on the 28th floor. With a chef who trained at the Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal, the menu is creative and contemporary, while still embracing traditional principles of British cuisine. The interior is minimal with clean lines and low lighting to emphasise the view, while the Skyloft lounge is much more casual, with cosy sofas and exposed brickwork, like a Brooklyn loft with a London view.
