My technician, Priyanka, was a wealth of knowledge about the procedure and had a lovely gentle and calming manner together with a very smiley face! She kept coming in to check up on me and was very reassuring. I look forward to my next session as have no anxiety about it now it has been tried and tested. I even lost a few centimetres round my stomach! My only criticism is that the treatment rooms are very small but thankfully they are air conditioned! I was offered refreshments as soon as I entered the premises which in this unbearable hot weather is definitely a plus!! I would recommend !
