This product doesn’t work properly and the company knows this. I have read other reviews and they say the same thing it works for a bit then doesn’t work. The company does not have permission to use this product that’s why it doesn’t work and they will not give your money back and Groupon will not give you a refund. I would advise you claim money back from your bank as it’s a faulty product.
