What You'll Get
Participants can rustle up an Italian classic during a two-hour pasta making class at Open Kitchen. Keen chefs will be able to learn the art of creating pasta dough from scratch, including kneading, resting, rolling, cutting and shaping it into the finished product. Menus may include ravioli and tortellini, or tagliatelle, lasagna and rigatoni. All students will receive a soft drink each to rehydrate during the lesson.
