Fantastic place to visit for shakes and waffles.
Really nice and friendly owners too, highly recommended.
On arrival was told they did not have our booking which was booked 2 weeks ago by telephone and they were quite rude in saying they would accept it this time but must book in future. Service was slow and all received our milkshakes at different times meaning some had nearly finished by the time last one was served (only 6 in our group)My daughter was told they had run out of donuts to top the freakshake so had half an easter egg on instead I thought this was bad as it was only 1 pm so bit early in day to be running out of vital ingredients so didn't get what she really wanted. Although they were nice I would not visit again.
Phoned to book in Feb half term. Was told we couldn't't book as they were too busy. Decided to go in the Easter hols. When we arrived we were asked if we had booked. We said that we hadn't and were told that we had to book, but on this occasion we could have a table. Whilst we were there a customer phoned and asked to book, they were told that they couldn't book. Cust service to be improved.
Pleasant service and very nice waffles!
