The appointment was quick and easy to arrange and the people very nice and friendly. However I think that the description is misleading as I expected a wide-ranging service which meant checking and servicing the whole car whereas in fact it was an oil and filter change. I didn't mind that much as it seemed worth £40 but it was misleading as I was told at the time that the voucher just covered that and not a 54 point service. Other voucher buyers should note that
