Fight Klub, Torquay

Available across the country, Fight Klub is a community of workout enthusiasts dedicated to one of Troy Dureh's exercise regimes. Troy is known for his fitness trends, having come up with the famous Khai-Bo in the 90s, and Fight Klub is one of his newest enterprises. Featuring a high-intensity workout set to music, the programme is a combination of boxing, kickboxing and Thai boxing. It is designed to not only improve the overall strength of the body but also help with cardiovascular endurance and muscular toning. All classes are led by qualified instructors and are made to be suitable for both beginners and more skilled fitness-buffs. The school has introduced a Drum 'N' Bass workout as well, similar to the standard training but with no equipment required.
