This treatment was very good for my face and she paid attention and tackled my blackheads , the beautician is very experienced and I felt she understood what my skin needed, the process did not feel rushed nor did I get the ‘cheap client via Groupon’ attitude that often establishments have :))) would recommend and I would certainly go back

My facial experience was really good. The steam rejuvenated my skin and blackhead extraction was very good. My skin around my nose feels so soft! The exfoliation was good and face massage very relaxing. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. The therapist was friendly and explained the facial to me and gave good skin care and after care tips. Definitely recommend! Thank you

I have had so many facials in. my life, but never one as bad as this! The worst experience. Paid for and was expecting a 1 hour and 10 minute facial, I was in the room for all of about 50 minutes. 10 minutes she put the steamer on and walked out , came back did some stuff on my face and put on a mask and eye mask and said would be 10 minutes instead came back after 18 minutes. so basically I was in that room by myself for around 30 minutes and she only did some facial stuff for about 20 minutes. Appalling. She had another client in the salon who she was attending to aswell at the same time. Dreadful service, do not go there , save your money. Absolute rip off.
