The therapist was great can't knock that, but the service/package was awful. No goody bag, nobody on reception, paid for robe and slippers which I never got (and paid £7 but said on the email it was £6) nobody responded to emails would not book again

Great swimming pool, lovely afternoon tea with very generous portions. Massage also very good. Only downside of having lunch or tea was having to get dressed in the middle of the day as no bathrobes allowed in the restaurant

Great deal, massage was great as was the very relaxing manicure. Pool is a little small with only 4 loungers which could be a problem if you are group. No hot tub but there was a steam room and Sauna. Free Herbal tree was great too. Would go back.

Just left there all satisfied with the treatments I got. I had the " grapefruit scrub" then "frangipani back, shoulder and neck massage" it was exquisite very well performed and the esthetician was lovely and so professional.

Our booking was for two 30 minute Elemis treatments. The staff didn't get round to starting until more than 20 mins after our appointment time but still finished on time. We were not very impressed! The treatments were very nice but I don't think there were any Elemis products. As for the goody bag - very disappointing!

I was offered water or iced tea on arrival. Really fancied a cappuccino though! The pool, sauna and steam room were clean and conducive to rest although the hair in the showers was a bit yucky. My frangipani scrub smelled lovely but lasted 10 minutes instead of 30 and I had to traipse back to the changing rooms in my towel to wash it off :-(. The body cocoon was better and I enjoyed being wrapped up with the head massage. Disappointingly, both treatments ignored my feet. However, the staff was friendly and my visit was relaxing.

A real treat on the senses- complimentary herbal tea and sweeties to have - while waiting for treatment. The spa facilities are very good. The pool is a good size, 25 metres, and the sauna and steam room very warming. our treatments did what they advertised - relaxing and therapeutic massage and facial with good results. Slightly negative points- the fact that they're was a private baby swim lesson on at same time as we were swimming, meant 3/4 pool roped off and we had narrow lane of about 2 metres wide to use. After the lesson, use of the pool was fine. In the changing room, the combination of large L shaped lockers - with same shaped doors- with fairly small room size, meant we were all hopping around trying to get out of each others way. The poor mum's and babies shared same benches as everyone in changing room, and that was a juggle. One last note on the lockers- I had to jump to see what if anything I on had left on the top shelf of my locker, and I'm 5'11". On the whole a good day out, and thank you to the really lovely staff there.

Treatments were lovely but this isn't anywhere near a spa - the changing areas leave alot to be desired, the pool is tiny, there is a steam room and sauna but no jacuzzi. When we arrived at 10am there was a toddlers swimming lesson going on so we had to shout at each other to be heard over The Wheels on the Bus and the screams of the children. Then at 1030 the 2nd lesson started - same as the first one !! One child swallowed lots of water and his mother caught his vomit in her hands. Before leaving this area to go for our treatments I used the Ladies toilet and came out to wash my hands to find a wet nappy in the sink and all the toddlers being dried and dressed and more screaming and shouting. We did complain and if I had paid the full price I would have complained more !!
