Beautiful hotel in the countryside. Food piping hot and we'll presented. Horseradish sauce was delicious!

Lovely location, attentive and friendly staff, Lovely meal. Only down side was we were left waiting for out meal for quite some time.

Excellent lunch and service

Sunday Lunch plus fizz Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish . A very warm and friendly welcome from our hostess. Exceptional service from maitre d', hostess, waitresses, very efficient, nothing was too much trouble always served with a smile. Beautiful Restaurant , tables well spaced, lovely ambiance. A First class Chef, served beautifully presented food, amazing flavours, freshness of ingredients, ample proportions, each dish was so well- executed, every mouthful was a treat. We look forward to visiting again.

It was a really lovely meal in beautiful tranquil surroundings. The service was faultless. Highly recommended.

Lovely Sunday roast dinner was delicious, the only thing I would say not a lot of vegetables. All you had was red cabbage no green veg. Staff and service was very good.

The food was great but the service wasn’t so good. One waiter tipped gravy on one of our party . We had to ask for our glass of “fizz” ( in this case a third of a glass) 3 times. We had dessert and coffees , which we expected to pay for, but the Bill was incorrectly totalled . The service wasn’t horrendous but could have been better. Perhaps better training.

The hotel was hosting a wedding so was very busy and looked very nice. The service was really good and the food was plentiful and beautifully cooked but not as hot as we would have liked. The coffee and hot chocolates we ordered took ages to arrive and were weak and tepid which the waitress put down to having had to refill the machine. Replacement drinks were offered which we declined but a bill reduction would have been most welcome. We went on a Groupon voucher as a birthday treat which was good value but on balance we probably wouldn't go again. Sorry
