Do not purchase, they hit you with unavoidable extra charges when you book! So it does not turn out to be a deal at all.

You have loads of messing trying to book your appointment by email.

This was a gift and I’m sad the person had a rough start. As per other reviews, check what additional charges there are. Even so, charges were made that weren’t stated for upgrades e.g £17.50 fee! There was a lack of transparency and unnecessary charges. Unisex changing room, 2 cubicles, 6 people queuing, took time and only spent 25 mins in pool, 10 minute shower. Treatments by Grace were fab!!!

The staff on site were friendly. The place needs some tlc, not the greatest of treatments and I have never known hard sell like it for a spa. From purchasing the Groupon you feel forced into purchasing extra’s and they even wanted to charge extra for a scent in the massage oils!
