Stourport Manor Hotel, Stourport

Just had cream tea for 2 at Stourport manor Ordered 1 normal tea and Ordered 1 gluten free Sorry to say the gluten free one was very poor 3 sandwiches and only brownies which I do not like asked if there was anything else told no So was not very impressed Will not go there again Regards A faulkner

Very disappointed. Initially seated in a cold function room which hadn't been cleaned since a previous wedding judging by the glitter on the sofa. Moved ourselves to another room. We were early and knew we may not be able to eat straight away but the afternoon tea actually came half an hour late. At this point we were the only customers there and when we asked why there was a delay we were told the kitchen were doing other preparation! The sandwiches were very cold and barely filled. No salad either on the sandwiches or as a garnish. The scones had been over microwaved and the mixture had gone stretchy. Cakes were very sickly. The worst afternoon tea I've ever had.

Food was fine but the service was really slow. Over an hour's wait for the meal. On the plus side we were compensated by extra drinks and a dessert.

Lovely afternoon tea, nice leisure facilities, great value for money 😊
