I wasn't able to use my tickets. I requested to changed date or swap. I have emailed last 30th of March on the day I bought the tickets. I will never come back and buy any thing here. I will tell all my friends that this Groupon company doesn't help you at all. no telephone number to contact and don't answer emails.

Staff = Amazing from boarding to sailing to disembarking All in all a really good experience which could have been improved in a few ways: 1) More commentary about the sights we saw. We knew them all having 'done the Thames' in many ways over the last 30 years. 2) The tiramasu was not great tbh. Please look at alternatives. Thanks.

Staff really friendly, boat very comfortable and you can get drink/snacks. It was hard to hear the recorded commentating. I’ve been on trips before and commentating was by the crew and was fun. This was a bit mechanical but the trip was still great.
