After a warm welcome Matt was simply excellent/fantastic, his professionalism, extent of knowledge, reassurance and for my precious sister given ‘hope’. After 7 years of not having full use of her left leg, she couldn’t wiggle her toes, 7yrs of going to the hospital, seeing neurologist, Physio etc and not getting any further forward, they were very dismissive and have ignored her cries of ‘help’ and the desperate need of ‘quality of life’. After seeing Matt, my sister can wiggle her toes, cross her left leg and is now is the positive frame of mind of ‘hope’ that something can be done through careful manipulation and removing the impingement of the nerves associated to the route causes of her problem - seeing is believing. Chiropractors, especially Matt, should be under the remit of the NHS, non-use of medication and possibly the unnecessary operations thus reducing the cost to the NHS, it’s something that Matt Hancock needs to seriously consider. Sadly, my only regret is that my sister did not see Matt before my mother died earlier this year - she would have seen something miraculous, something that the hospital has not been able to achieve. A very sincere “Thank you” Matt, the hope that you have given is immeasurable.
