Both the phone number and email on the voucher to book our appointment were not working. I had to do an internet search to get contact info to make appointment at local place. Could not get reply on phone. I text and got reply went back and forward to make appointment and when got there it was hard to find residential area we finally found it in block of flats and they were not expecting us. They did however do our massages.

Worst experience, on groupon - could not arrange a suitable date, had an emergency on the only day available, and then no help at all getting a refund.

Lia and the other masseuse were lovely and very welcoming and friendly. The massage was absolutely amazing - it’s definitely more of a deep tissue massage than a relaxing one but Lia will find knots you never knew you had. She has healing hands and is very thorough in her approach. The location and room are basic but the treatments were brilliant and for the price I can’t fault it. I’d definitely recommend and use again

Dingy flat, argumentative masseuse, poor communication. Would not go back.
