I decided to take additional options. I did not receive any kind of invoice and it was only when I received my credit card statement I found the amount charged was significantly higher than expected - I had taken notes at the time. I spoke to them today and was promised a statement/invoice within a couple of hours. I could not possibly recommend this company. Download the LPA yourself, get a doctor to certify your mentally sound (much less than the so called special rate they are charging - and file yourself - less than half what they want to charge.

There is nothing in the blurb before you buy that your will can only include 2 beneficiaries otherwise you pay another £10 for each additional beneficiary. In my case an extra £200. Cheaper to go to a solicitor. I was told that I would be refunded the fee I had paid, but this has not happened. Companies like that give you s bad reputation.

Havening spoken to someone about my will over two months ago . Never heard back from them . Had to ring last week about this. Still not received my Will . Will have to chase it up again next week . Poor service .
