All staff we met were friendly. Excellent value groupon spa day, treatment& afternoon tea. Lovely relaxing massage. Only little criticism was the changing rooms& toilet in the spa smelt of drains.

Trying to get through to the spa team to book over the phone took days, some staff were lovely, others made us feel like an inconvenience. Afternoon tea was okay, spa facilities were good and the massage was great.

The Spa really needs updating, sunloungers are in very poor condition. Roast dinner was lovely.

The facilities were very good and not too busy so we were able to make use of all on offer. All facilities were a lovely temperature too. The afternoon tea was brilliant. Everything was freshly made and very enjoyable. I will definitely return! A very good experience, thank you.
