Firstly on making the appointment with the receptionist at Fishmore Hall she was extremely rude and derogatory, there was 1 appointment available for the next 2 months in both spa's On arrival I was greeted by the staff at Valentines Walk very well and professionally and although waiting 30min I was advised. the treatment room its self was beautiful however I would say for a relaxing space its definiatly not with 1 of the staff screeching to the other and a staff memebers child scooting up and down the cobbles outside the open window. The duvets on the treatment bed might be suitable for a cosy winter and a wonderful idea just not on a hot summers day and should be replaced with sheets or towels as a suggestion. The treatment itself was adequate in my experienced opinion the person conducting it was certainly in training. She didn't speak once, no check of allergens or health check/problem areas, not even to explain what she was doing / putting on my face which was slightly disconcerting when after putting pads on my eyes she then proceeded to put a flannel ontop without a word of warning. I booked for full body Massage (60min) Indian head massage (30min) and Swedish head massage (90 min) for start to finish I was there 60mins. when I mentioned this I was greeted with a blank face. Sadly I think this company has taken advantage of making a quick buck from providing an offer without the service and taken presumption that anyone with a voucher wouldn't be able to afford to go back. In this case the presumption was wrong but you couldn't pay me to return based on the treatment given.
