A sandwich to share between you, otherwise the quantity was good. The tea room itself is quaint however the room was so hot and stuffy it spoilt my visit and I wouldnt visit again

The voucher was a con trick. It said value £33 for Afternoon Tea for 2 and so we paid £14.95. There were lots of conditions imposed, like no weekends, time limit, booking required. However, when we got there, the exact same item (Afternoon Tea for 2 people) was priced on the everyday menu at £16.50. That was for TWO people, so £8.25 each. So in fact the saving was only £1.55 and we were given the tiniest amount of jam and cream ( a teaspoonful for 2 scones), no butter and minuscule cakes.

Nice tea room. Staff very helpful and professional. I recommend as it’s a good afternoon tea. Cakes a bit too sweet for my taste.

Not a very nice afternoon tea at all. Bread for the sandwich (there was only one to share between two people) was not very fresh. The scones were obviously yesterday’s as they were very hard. The cakes, although very nice, were slices from large cakes and not what you expect for afternoon tea - it’s more usual to have dainty fancies for the cakes.

It wasn't horrific it just wasn't very good compared to other cream teas, I think one sandwich cut in two between 2 people is really bad and the bread was really dry. however other food which I saw coming out and being served looked quite nice.
