The fiery flavours of Indian cuisine will titillate palates in this two-course meal. Guests can kick things off with a starter such as king prawn puri; chef’s platter with sheek kebab, chicken and lamb tikka; or crispy samosa. For the main course diners can choose from a varied range of dishes, from creamy chicken pasanda to sizzling tandoori lamb shashlik, or the red-hot goa vindaloo. Also on the menu are the classic vegetable balti, or the rice-based chicken tikka biryani. Sauces can be mopped up with a portion of boiled rice and plain naan each.
With over 100 dishes to choose from, the buffet-style Red Apple Restaurant proffers a range of continental cuisine to suit varied tastes. Located in central Llanelli, the eatery offers up Indian tandoori and curries, Chinese specialities, teppanyaki-style cooking and a live kitchen to let guests watch their meal whipped up in front of them. A varied wine list features over ten different drops, letting guests pair their meal with French, Italian and Australian wines. The restaurant is open seven days a week, from 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and from midday on Sunday.
