Just a little here, there & every where at the moment & couldn’t bare wasting certain food. But if I see another offer, I will more than likely re-subscribe!🤞🏻
Quite nice and very fresh ingredients. However, I felt the recipes were too similar in flavour. Also, be very careful of the continuation of the account unless you actually cancel it.
Definitely worth trying as a Groupon as one-off, but not great quality ingredients for premium price so I personally wouldn’t keep up subscription.
Good choices and no haste delivery but preparing and cooking too much like hard work. Also fresh meat had to be used within 2 days so your tied to the recipes.
meals were ok, definitely worth buying through groupon, definitely not at full price.
I received an unsolicited phone call from hello fresh at an inconvenient time. they said they'd ring back the next day, they did not. they rang after i'd cancelled the service at another time that was not convenient. it's a maybe petty thing, but broken promises do nothing to make me want to stay loyal to any company
I dont cook so was encouraged to try Hello Fresh.
Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Great easy to follow recipes, lovely fresh food.

Great Customer Service :)
I would not have paid full price as the meat quantities are extremely small. Also, they did not state that I would be getting Coley in my fish order. Coley! It absolutely stank, and I had to throw it away. My nan used to feed that to her cat! They should state what type of fish they are using.
Also, the amount of packaging used was totally shocking, all of which had to be thrown away.
Thirdly, the following week's order did not appear as the box had been damaged in transit. I just got a refund and cancelled the subscription. Good excuse not to pay the full price if you ask me. Works out at £5 per person per meal which, considering the portion sizes is a very expensive way to cook indeed. Wouldn't recommend.
Great food without having to plan or think
